Il 19/12/2023 è stata pubblicata la gara per la fornitura dei MOCKUPS per i sistemi di manipolazione remota TOKAMAK TEST FACILITY (DTT-RH).
La “DTT remote training facility” è un impianto fondamentale per lo sviluppo del sistema di manutenzione remotizzata dei componenti in-vessel di DTT. In essa verranno utilizzati i manipolatori testando le procedure di assemblaggio. La “DTT remote training facility” offrirà una piattaforma anche per futuri test in vista della progettazione di DEMO e darà l'opportunità di testare eventuali upgrade della macchina. I mockups replicheranno delle caratteristiche fondamentali presenti all’interno della camera da vuoto del tokamak. Saranno funzionali sia per poter utilizzare i manipolatori sia per verificare le procedure e garantire e ottimizzare i tempi di manutenzione dell’impianto DTT durante le successive campagne sperimentali.
La gara è svolta nell’ambito della proposta per “Rafforzamento e creazione di Infrastrutture di Ricerca” denominata DTT-U e finanziata ad ENEA dal PNRR Piano Nazionale di Ripresa Resilienza (PNRR).
La gara è articolata in un unico lotto per un importo stimato complessivo di 1.448.208,39 €

The 19th December 2023, the tender for the supply of MOCKUPS for the TOKAMAK TEST FACILITY (DTT-RH) remote manipulation systems was published.
The “DTT remote training facility” is a fundamental facility for the development of the remote maintenance system for DTT in-vessel components. In it the robots will be used, testing the assembly procedures. The "DTT remote training facility" will also offer a platform for future tests in view of the DEMO design and will give the opportunity to test any upgrades of the machine.
The mockups will replicate fundamental features present inside the tokamak's vacuum chamber. They will be functional both to be able to use the manipulators and to verify the procedures and guarantee and optimize the maintenance times of the DTT system during the subsequent experimental campaigns.
The tender is carried out as part of the proposal for "Strengthening and creation of Research Infrastructures" called DTT-U and financed to ENEA by the PNRR National Resilience Recovery Plan (PNRR).
The tender is divided into a single lot for a total estimated amount of € 1,448,208.39
